Design Scenario

Use the ideas you've gathered from the design narratives and design patterns you've worked on to tackle a novel challenge.
  • Open the Design Scenario template in ILDE and click "duplicate this".
  • In your group, decide on a context you want to focus on and a challenge within this context.
  • Use the patterns and narratives you've discussed to propose a possible solution for that challenge in that context.

An example micro-design statement for the "History of Photography MOOC"

Use an ADJACENT PLATFORM (eg Pinterest) to create a SHARING WALL of favourite historical photos with a rationale for your choice. Class discusses favourite photos and forms into groups using CROWD BONDING, then forming together for TEAM WORK (suggested pattern?). We provide outlines and tasks for the teams to work together. We'll FISH BOWL at the end.
